I'm unable to attend, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your tickets if you are unable to attend. You are now able to change your booking up to 1 hour before you are due to attend within your account online. We no longer are able to change your booking for you via email or phone.
 

Can I change my booking?

You can change your booking online yourself if you have an account, this can be changed up to 1 hour before your scheduled session time. We cannot change your bookings for you and if you do not make an account, your booking is therefore non-transferrable. 

How long are the sessions?

Soft play sessions are 90 minutes long, except for the last session of the day at 1530 which is up to 120 minutes. Clip'n'climb sessions are 45 minutes long, which includes a health & safety briefing and harnessing before activities start. Leisure Pool sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please arrive promptly. 

Can I turn up and pay on the day?

Activities are payable in advance, and spaces are limited. You can drop in and pay at Reception for soft play sessions but pre-booking is necessary for the leisure pool sessions.

How do I use your lockers?

Our swimming pool changing lockers take £1 coins or trolley tokens to store your belongings. Please bring at least one of these for your visit.

Who can use Clip'n'climb?

Minimum age is 4 years old, you must be at least 100cm tall, and weigh less than 120kg. Children under the age of 14 must be signed in by a parent or guardian

Who can use the Soft Play?

Children from 0-12 years old are able to use it

What should I wear?

Socks must be worn in the soft play, and suitable clothing/footwear for Clip'n'climb

Are refreshments available?

There is a café on-site where you can purchase a range of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks

How many adults can accompany children to soft play?

Space in the seating area is limited, so we ask that no more than 2 adults per family accompany their children please
