We are excited to be running a Swimming Lesson Taster Day on Saturday 21 March 2026 for swimmers aged 4 years or over and who are currently at school.

Each session lasts 30 minutes and gives your child the opportunity to experience our teaching style while being introduced to a range of key swimming skills and techniques covered throughout our courses.

The taster sessions are completely free but advance booking is required to secure your place.

Please see the information below to ensure you book onto the most suitable taster session for your child.

CAN YOUR CHILD PUSH AND GLIDE ON THEIR FRONT AND BACK?

ARE THEY ABLE TO FLOAT ON THEIR FRONT OR BACK AND RETURN TO STANDING?

IF NO – BOOK STAGE 1

CAN YOUR CHILD TRAVEL ON THEIR FRONT AND BACK FOR 5m?

ARE THEY ABLE TO JUMP INTO THE WATER FEET FIRST WITHOUT HELP FROM AN ADULT?

IF NO – BOOK STAGE 2

CAN YOUR CHILD FULLY SUBMERGE TO PICK UP AN OBJECT I SHALLOW WATER?

ARE THEY ABLE TO SWIM ON THEIR FRONT AND BACK FOR 10m WITHOUT FLOTATION AIDS?

IF NO – BOOK STAGE 3
